Identify the Challenge:
What challenge am I currently facing?
How long have I been at this stage?
Examine the Obstacles:
What is preventing me from changing the situation?
Is my response a decisive factor influencing the situation I want to change?
What might be the true reason I cannot change the situation?
Are there any other reasons preventing me from changing the situation?
Analyze the Root Cause:
Which of the above reasons do I believe is the most prominent?
Why is this reason the most challenging for me?
From whom did I inherit this belief?
Who in my family/ was the same or acted the same way?
Assess Consciousness Levels:
What level of consciousness do I think this person was at?
What level of consciousness do I identify myself at?
Is my belief aligned with my level of consciousness?
Do I recognize that my belief is inherited and does NOT suit me?
